Serving Keiki with Autism Through Sensory Friendly Pizza Classes 🍕🧑🏽‍🍳

In partnership with the Autism Society of Hawaiʻi, we’ve had the privilege of hosting sensory friendly pizza making classes for keiki on the autism spectrum and their families.

We’ve made some pretty special memories through these classes. ❤️

We’ve had the joy of seeing keiki return class after class, growing in confidence and pizza making skills each time. We welcomed a young chef named Jax who came with his entire ʻohana, watched siblings work side by side creating pizzas together, and heard from parents how much they appreciated having a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for their families. ✨

Each class gives every keiki the opportunity to create something from start to finish, at their own pace and on their own terms. Seeing the pride on their faces as they share their finished pizza with their family is something we cherish. 🫶🏼
