We are a family-owned and operated restaurant nestled in the heart of Haleiwa Town on the North Shore of Oʻahu. We’re Isaiah, Gabriel, Gabriel’s wife Sarah, and Elisha Joy – siblings born and raised right here in Hawaiʻi.

Our parents instilled in us three simple yet powerful values: love Jesus, love each other, and serve others. With those guiding principles, it was always our dream to work together. In 2023, God opened the doors for us to make that dream a reality when He led us to purchase Jax Wood Fired Pizza.

At Jax, every pizza begins with our handcrafted vegan, high-protein sourdough, made fresh daily, and is topped with locally sourced ingredients. We bake each pizza over Kiawe wood, also known as Hawaiian mesquite, which has a distinct sweet and smoky flavor you won’t find anywhere but Hawai’i.

Our menu features over 18 specialty pizzas, as well as farm-fresh salads, greek gyros, calzones, and cannolis. With vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options, there’s something for your entire Ohana to enjoy.

Jax is more than just a pizza shop, it is about serving Oʻahu through delicious food, exceptional service, and giving back to our community.
